44 here. I ride both park and flat but not as often as I'd like. The hardest thing to deal with about being older is stamina and slower reflexes, especially if you've been away from it for a while.

Up for sale is a 20.5" Guerra Martyr along with matching Ezra Geist cranks and Equis sprocket. The frame and cranks have a few light scratches but no dents, dings, or bends. Price is $145. It's been lightly used for park ring and only for a few months.

Selling off my Guerra Martyr 20.5" frame along with Ezra cranks (goes nicely with the frame), sprocket, and bottom bracket for only $145. There is nothing at all wrong with the any of these parts aside from a scratch or two as documented in the photos.

I have one and everyone who has ridden it really likes it. I'm 5'-8", 155lbs, and am very controlled in my landings. I ride mostly park and highly recommend it. My only complaint on the frame would be to push the bottom bracket up just a tiny bit. Riding ... more »

When you set up a gyro, the lower part should rest on the frame tabs rather than floating off of them. This will allow for maximum travel. Make sure the lower cables are adjusted and snug at that point and then work on the upper cable. From the photo,

Start out rolling at a medium speed. With your foot on the peg, push the bars forward to bring up the back end up. Your wrists will roll slightly on on the grips. As you're pushing forward, your other foot should come off the pedal and the seat should ... more »

Brian.. I feel your pain. I'm 42 now and suffered a really bad injury almost 5 years ago that pretty much ended my involvement with bikes up until now. I rode flatland/ramps up until around '91 then got into trials. Took a break from that in 2002 to ... more »
