Get a smaller sprocket, some 8.25 - 8.5" bars, not 7" hahahaha, and some odi supersofts and it'll be a good starter bike.

All of their other shoes used for bmx were made for skateboarding aswell.

I learned how to hop around 6 inches and fakie the first week. practice popping and scooping onto the curb, after you can do that just make it once motion and BOOM you can hop 5 inches.
I personally hate weight weenies.... People who buy different tires, seat posts, seats, pedals, and other stupid things to save less than a pound on their bike. What's your take on them? Are you one, or do you know one? Need to know if anyone shares ... more »

So i'm trying to learn footjam whips.. But i saw a youtube video saying if you're left foot forward you stick your left foot in the tire and spin the bike clockwise. Is it ok if I spin it counter clockwise and stick my back foot in the tire?

What helped me was going a bit faster and turning my head. If you go fast you don't really have to think about the carve or anything too much you kinda just get thrown around. Also turning your head is a big part of the trick.
Put on a nice loose shirt and some chinos and go out and ride my bike wherever haha
