Roast berms, not bikes

U-brakes that take a regular threaded pad that don't let the pad & pivot point go past parallel when engaged/touching the rim. When they go past this point it wastes power because the pads aren't pushing straight into the rim, but into the rim at ... more »
Ehhh that's a decent drop down, if it gets funky inside the tire it'll explode Fuckit it's just a tube it's going to get punctured or pinched anyways
Yeah you don't need to pedal most of the time duh You can't tell me you've never hit a line wrong or just needed that extra crank before a big jump tho c'mon
Are you going to keep riding bikes at some capacity? If you have the access to trails and ability to get a MTB it'll fill the bike void. Fixed gear ripping is mad fun too. I'll remember our beef when we were teens ❤️
Marine grease or whatever you can get at AutoZone Grease this stuff: -bolt threads (lightly, only a little dab/swipe at the bottom of threads, no need to even go all the way around) -the mating surface between headset bearings and your frame (a thin ... more »
I can't let go and send it 100% by myself. Tried to hold onto a manual a lil too long once and knocked myself out in a park once. When I woke up later nobody had come across me and it made me really think about what would happen if things were worse ... more »

I tried finding this too when I assembled a customer's bike, concluded that "fairly tight" was the answer. They're real beefy cranks, go tight but don't try and go full gorilla torque on it. Check it during and after a sesh and if you feel a lil wiggle, ... more »
They feel good! This setup is feeling killer, the brake housing really is a notch above most other housings, it's just ridiculously expensive 💀
