i have a chrome rim, white spokes, and a white hub. and i want to spray paint it black. i was wondering what i should do to paint it. can i just paint over it?? or do i have to cover the driver and shit?? and will the paint stay on the chrome

i got a new back wheel white primo hub white spokes chrome primo rim. i have a white frame and all black parts so this wheel looks a bit abnormal. but it was the cheapest one there so yeeea.

i went to go put on my back bolt through the peg and i put it on crooked and now it wont budge. i tried for 30 min. to get it out. ahhh. i am pissed
