Yeah I've got a Lifer sitting at home I bought a few months back. Always kinda been unhappy with it. Until I work out what I want I'm gonna just ride in it, I may even grow to like it, who knows.

Yeah they look super comfy. Are they as bulky as that other guy said? Erik Elstran, Rob Diquattro and Connor Lodes ride in the segment, and it doesn't look bulky at all!

I did consider the shadow helmet. Although being in Australia I can't really find one without paying double the price because of shipping costs. So really my only options ARE the TSG Evolution (in the good looking clear/red), the TSG Superlight, or the ... more »

New thread Finally decided to put a helmet on 6/9/2016 3:04 AM

I've been contemplating it for a very long time now, and I've decided to finally put a helmet on my head. Problem is, not sure which one. I've got a Protec Bucky, which is uncertified and feels pretty pointless to wear it. I've also got a brand new S1 ... more »

Ended up getting a pair. I love them, perfect size, extremely grippy (surprisingly), and the colour is tight too. Definitely recommend them for people doing a lot of grinds too, don't grip ledges like most other tires do.

What do you mean? It's just a bunch of ledges and stairs. They're great. I guess the picture doesn't do it justice. Look up Osborne Skatepark if you're curious. I've had Hawks before and they were fine there, just wanted to see if anyone was running ... more »

I know that tires aren't extremely important, when you're riding normal concrete parks and street. But my local park where we go before we ride street is definitely a slippery place. We tend to be very picky with tires around here. Said skatepark:

New thread Federal Response tires? 5/11/2016 6:09 AM

I've been thinking about picking up a pair of the Federal Response tires in Khaki green. I can't find any reviews online or anything though. Anyone have any experience with these, or know of anyone? They look like they wouldn't be too grippy at my local

They're not female specific, I've always used them on my male axles.

Colony make non-driveside guards that replace the cone nut. For driveside guard, I've always ran a Division drive side guard as well. Though they need some grinding otherwise your chain will rub as you pedal.

Got mine and i've had problems with it. Although I did know what I was doing, as i've had two other coasters before this one. I had a problem with ghost pedalling and a grinding hub whenever the cones were tightened even slightly. Taking it apart was ... more »

Well, I greased it up and the ghost pedalling stopped, and runs a little bit smoother than it did. Though in the process I accidentally knocked off the bearing shield on the drive side bearing, and it won't stay on... Oh well haha

Okay thanks guys I'll give it another shot today. I'll edit the post and let you know what happened.

Tried taking the cones and driver off, but the axle doesnt seem to want to come out at all... Also, I run two drive side guards so they take up room so the washer isn't needed. Will tighten the cranks but i'm not so much worried about the ghost pedals ... more »

Reply to Issue with Cult Freecoaster 1/4/2014 10:47 PM

The hub runs smoothly with the cones loose (where the wheel has slight play in it) but once tightened even slightly the hub seems sluggish and pulls the cranks along with it. I upgraded to the cult freecoaster because my colony one had play in the hub/axle, ... more »

New thread Issue with Cult Freecoaster 1/2/2014 7:24 AM

Recently picked up the cult coaster to replace my colony one and i'm having problems with it. It doesn't seem to spin very smoothly and spin as much as it should. Also when the bike is moving (both back and forth) the cranks spin with the back wheel. ... more »

The more slack the better. But the cult coasters aren't adjustable. You'll have to deal with it
