Ha I had to flip the stem because my bars were short. But I just got some odysseys 10-4 bars. And I flipped it back to the correct way. Ill have to snap a picture of it the correct way

Or you could just not use adapters. It'll work fine. I have 14mm forks with a 3/8' female axle with no adapters and it's fine.
