im ordering some new bars so i can learn bar spins my bars are like SUPER wide and im gonna go down to a 27 instead of 28.5 but i dont have enough money to pay full price anybody got any codes?

when i got my new forks i tried putting on the thing that goes on before you put on the bearing is it supposed to go on pretty hard? or should it slide right on? ive got the odyssey director forks but idk if there the 2nd version or the old ones...please ... more »
