no those are the lm-r rims I forgot to put in they came factory like that with the wholes drilled. And the frame is a 20.6 top tube.
Yeah I got lucky. I have had them for a few years and had no problems with them. I have another boddy who has a pair that have been good to him too.

I have always liked plegs, But when I go for new pegs I think I will go with the shadow sod or maybe the stolen silencers
thermalites are fine if you want something cheaper to try but the wear out fast. I have used plegs alot of really like them.
Yeah go to ables they have a diagram showing what to measure, and you can also put in the brand to help alittle more.
They are chainstay mounts but it is still possible to do with seatstay mounts as all you have have to do is put in your seat tube at the spot you want and drill through it as well. I have done it before on older frames I have had.
