That looks like it. I think that's right on the money. Found an old Albes page on it ( http://www.albes.com/browseproducts/PREMIUM-DUO-STOCK-BIKE-2008-Model.html ) which says it's full chromoly frame. 20.8", which is a bit short of the 21" it was sold

Yeah, I was thinking it was a duo. The seat that came with it, though, isn't a pivotal and the 2009 duo came with a pivotal. And I can't find a good pic of a 2008 duo to compare.

They're good, solid, Premium forks. Definitely keepers. However, I'm working a deal for a Standard Bash fork for it. If that falls through, yeah, the orange fork is going black.

Yeah... that was my point. Dude above said that he'd go OTB with wood on bricks, I said no you'll just knock the wood off like I did on the setup I whipped together in that pic.

No, it would just knock the wood off the bricks. I made one with two bike stands and a broomstick:

I hit it with my back wheel just before this shot and knocked it over. Unless you hardcore attach the wood to the bricks somehow, you'll be fine. ... more »

Thanks, I like it too. The forks are orange, which I'm not too fond of, but the frame color is great.

Here's my $.02, coming from a 44 year-old guy who's been riding bikes all his life (except for 10 years I took off to compete in the International Fat and Lazy competition, heh): if you're using your bike for general transportation, RUN BRAKES. If your

Here's a collection of pics I just snapped: http://sdrv.ms/11gWCos D'oh, I forgot to do a full-frame shot. Sorry, I'll get one next time I'm outside. I'm pretty sure it's a stock/complete of some sort. Not that it matters, but it's got a 21" top tube. ... more »

If it helps, I think I've got it down to somewhere in the 2009 range, judging by pics of other Premium bikes over on the museum. I'm pretty sure it's stock... any spot on the frame in particular you'd like pics of? Or just generic, here's my bike kinda ... more »

Hey... I picked up a Premium Products frame off craigslist the other day and I'd like to find out what year it was made (and hopefully the model). Does anyone know how to decipher Premium serial numbers?

Yean, BMX_Forever, I'm going to keep both. Although I'm pretty sure that the 24" will become a literal cruiser, heh. EddiMundo, here's what it looked like when I got it:

In the 80s, I was a BMX racer. About 2 years ago I decided to get back into BMX and started rebuilding my 80s race bike. It was way too small for me, so I bought a 24" bike which I've been riding on and off since. I never looked into a "new" 20", thinking

Yeah, unless you're planning to hit the track and race, go with the Stolen Saint. It's a great bike.

I would kill for a 22". Alas, that's not in the budget anytime soon.

I raced in the early to mid 80s. Started on a Torker, then went to Free Agent. My "home track" was USBMX (NBL) in Azusa, but I was at Coal Canyon (Yorba Linda) and Montclair a lot too. Orange sometimes. Now I mess around on my 24" on the street, and
