Yeah, damn, nice trails.

Because I like matching brands on my bikes. I'm insane like that. *shrug* My GHP is going to focus on Amber parts, while my Mirraco is going to focus on Sunday/EZRA parts. Like I said... insane.

Yeah, I'd love to pick up a 20", but... I just don't feel comfortable on them. So it'd be a total waste of money. I've become a total Vein BMX fanboy. I've got an Amber combo seat/seatpost on the way, and as soon as the red Amber cranks are back in stock ... more »

DUDE! 20Forty represent! On all the forums I frequent, yours is the only other one like mine I've seen. When I saw your pics, I nearly ran out to my garage to make sure that mine was still there. :D

I'm old, I ride 24", and I'm not very good, but I'm not a dick and I want to ride. I'm in La Habra. So if you want to ride sometime, hit me up.

For street riding? 175s with 25/9 or 25/10. I prefer bigger bars on my 24s. I'm running 8" bars with a front-load stem on my race bike, and 7.75" bars with a top-load stem on my street bike. But I'm 6'3" tall, so take that into consideration.

I didn't like the stem I had with those bright red Amber bars, so I got a matching Amber stem. The Crucible. $16, whatta steal. I'm digging on this Vein BMX place.

I agree. I think that bigger bars look better on a 24" bike, especially a bike like the Saint with "freestyle" geometry. It makes it look more like a big, fully proportional 20" bike.

*I* think this section is for anything bigger than 20" BMX. So that's 22, 24, 26, whatever.

Other than that, I have nothing to add to this thread, heh.

Prolly a pinch flat. No big deal. Just put a new tube in and you'll be fine.

It is... so very fun to ride. A lot of big guys (like me) are running big bars on cruisers now. From a riding point of view, it just... feels right.

Thanks! You totally should, they're a blast to ride.

I agree... the 20Forty comes stock with a black hub/gold rim front wheel and a gold hub/black rim back wheel. I don't know why they did that. Once I destroy these I'll get some new, all black wheels.

Thanks! You totally should try one.

Yup, great tires too. I have the Paths and they also make the Aitkens in 24".
