Recently swapped a eastern grim reaper for a tyre, the problem is i have no idea if the headset i'm thinking of buying will fit so does anyone know the size i need? i think its 45/45 but not 100% sure about it. any help welcome thanks

My cranks always come loose, i've stripped it completely and still the same problem, anyone else had the same problem? or does anyone know how to fix it?:/

re-lacing a wheel, does it matter what size gauge spokes i get if the nipples are the same size?
