Since you are coming from a 26” i’d suggest getting a 21” or longer toptube depending how tall your are. 9”-9.25” bars, 28-35mm fork offset. Low bottom bracket and longer chainstay adjustment will keep it stable ~ 11.5”-11.6”bb, 13.5”CS. Slack headtube ... more »

Try a foam roller, target your I.T. Band and quad areas. Tight spots in those areas can create knee issues.

Level cranks keep your body in the optimal “ready” position. It may feel odd railing berms at first with cranks level but you will get more comfortable with more practice. 👍

Bowls are basically continuous berms. Pump them same you would a berm. Drop in with some speed and you shouldn't have to pedal once you get pumping down. Enter high, pump in the apex of the turn, exit high and drop back in. When you air out, don't forget ... more »
