Fit FAF is a good tire. 110 PSI and crazy micro-knurled type tread

For a new rear wheel I was thinking of probably the Odyssey V3hub with a chrome Hazard Lite rim. http://www.danscomp.com/402029.php Should I go for a 36H or 48H setup? 48's are harder to true and stuff, but will I ever need to true a Hazard Lite??
