i've heard people say that their sidewalls exploded. but i've run these tires hard for 9 months and they've still got a good amount of life in em. well worth 25 bucks haha

im sorry, but i wouldn't get the shadow. karl poynter is an incredibly talented rider, and deffinitely deserves signature parts. but this thing could be sooo weak. karl could ride a plastic frame, and it would last. and i would not want to take my chances ... more »

i've been runnin premiums for almost 8 months. im on my second pair, so i guess i've been runnin em for about a month and a half. and the sidewalls are strong, but thin. so unless your doing tire feebles they last for a long time.

Reply to Any 21'' frame riders in here? 12/11/2010 10:35 AM

my first good bike had a 21", and i was 5'5 back then. im 6'2 now, and i've got a 21" ATF. generally i'd suggest a 21" to most people, but ride some other peoples bikes first to see what you like.

Reply to what are some good plastic pedals 11/20/2010 10:58 PM

the same thing happened to my friend, his eclats got screwed up from a 180 hahaha. all it does is wiggle, its not really a big deal. but if you wanna buy new ones, stolen thermalites are legit.
