Remember a few months ago Josh Betley tried to tie dye his bike? Well, it didn't quite work out as planned.
Fast forward, and he tried a different method that worked out a bit better. Here's how Josh said he did it -
“You get a large bucket of water and spray paint on top of the water. It makes a film that you dip whatever part you’re trying to give the tie dye look in. I would keep adding different colors of paint on top of each other. Instead of just dunking the parts in, I slowly spun them downward. The larger bucket of water the better! Also, avoid white paint.”
If you have any further questions, ask Josh. I find this pretty confusing.

Dude just get some different colors of paint - and Picasso it on with a brush. I bet the effect your looking for is similar to the pics in the link below, right?
