There is nothing more upsetting to an avid rider than having a bike stolen, which is exactly what happened to young Codey Durham. Thieves took all three of his bikes from his backyard, the same bikes that gave Codey a sense of freedom.

You see, when Codey was younger a cyst in his back left him near-paralyzed. Doctors said that he might never learn to walk, and riding a bike was out of the question at the time. Codey fought back, though, learning not only how to walk, but also developing a love for bikes.

He saved up for years to buy his three Diamondback bikes, and then one day his world came crashing down. The bikes were gone. Just like that.

Enter the good guys at Diamondback. As soon as they heard about Codey's situation, Diamondback's marketing manager, Jon Kennedy, hopped on a plane to visit Codey with a surprise.

In Jon's words, "It's not all about selling bikes. It's about doing the right thing."

Thanks for being awesome, Diamondback.

Codey's back at it thanks to the guys at Diamondback.
