As the title reads, I'm looking for a 51mm long Internal Bottom Bracket Spacer (IBBS) for 22mm Cranks.

I will also buy a complete 22mm Bottom Bracket so long as the IBBS is 51mm long. Don't care for condition of bearings/cone as I only need the IBBS from it.

I have a brand new BSD Bottom Bracket but the IBBS is 44mm, far too short for my Frame's BB.

You are just looking for the spacer? Why not make one?

Just add the small washer/spacers inside the bb shell to make up the difference.

I have 4 in there currently and it's not enough to fill the gap, not even close. It's going to be weeks before I have cranks anyways, might aswell keep things simple and get the right spacer in there. Sucks that they don't advertise what size spacer the frame needs or that the Bottom Bracket comes with. That would have helped a bunch when I bought it all.

Also makes me wonder how having such a wide bottom bracket effects the chain line..

And @Mishin I don't have the tools nor the hands(injury) to make one right now.

I'm sure somebody has one laying around somewhere.. If not I guess I'll just have to order a whole new Bottom Bracket, again.ermm

I'd assume aluminum or steel. TBH I don't know what they're made of lol

If you want it, I have one I made from some steel. It isn't pretty anodized anything but it's your for shipping.

Is it 22mm and 51mm in length? If so I'll take it lol

Yep. I JUST made it to your specs. It has a slightly larger ID for clearance of a 22mm spindle but 51mm (2.008") length

You mean it's slightly larger than 22mm? I dont want it to sit off on the ID ring of bearings and screw things up.

And thanks a ton for doing that dude!

The ID is 22.25mm (.010") larger. The OD is about 26.75mm (1.080").Photo

Good deal. Let me see what Source says when they email me back with tracking info for my cranks. They said they'd try to find one for me to throw in, but that they doubt they have one.

Also, if I paid you a little more, would you be willing to do one out of a thinner aluminum/brass(something lighter and 22mm exact) piece? Assuming that it'd still be cheaper than a new BB.

If you want, you can call or text me @ REMOVED. If you get me your address, I can ship it today thru work. We get a discounted rate. I could let you know how much when I have your address. Let me know either way.

Yeah, I can make it out of whatever. Keep in mind, however, if your spindle has a 22mm OD and your spacer is 22mm ID, that's "size on size" & is a press fit at best. You need a little space for everything to slide together. For reference, in case you aren't aware, .010 is overall about 3 human hairs. cut that in half (.005 per side) & you are down to a thick human hair on each side.
