This is a 48H bombproof wheel. KHE Reverse ACB LHD laced to an Odyssey 7KA with DT swiss spokes.
There is some grind damage on the right side, and it's missing 6 spokes on the right side as well. The driver is in tact but the clutch doesn't engage anymore. A new clutch is $10. It spins well and is pretty true considering 6 spokes are missing since 6/48 is less than 6/36.

Where are you finding a 10 dollar clutch? They are 25-40 bucks everywhere.
