Just ask for a number. This site works that way. 99% of my deals were over texting. I had one through emails.

It's hard for some to post pix on here, even trying to open a photobucket. But everyone can text pictures generally. So don't worry so much, make sure you buy from people with references and do smart things on here.

Prices are another thing that the seller has the discretion of. I know robinson79 doesn't like to post prices because he works out things differently.

And some people you may want to charge more or less depending on where they live so you can actually make some sort of real profit.

I've been in vital for awhile. Back in the day shit was just deleted if they didn't follow the rules. This place could be so much better

Someone got scammed this way. I listed a frame for sale......someone replied "text me" and left his number. The scammer texted him, saying it was me, gave him his PP address and of course, he never got anything. I got a call out thread and explained to him, this is why no one has my number and I dont text.

Which is fine. If you're more comfortable through email, more power to you, man. haha

I've bought a bunch of stuff here, paid as gift and had no problems. So far. I'd rather see the item, no the price and not play games. You know? But hey, who the hell am I and what do I know.....

Also if that guy had posted "don't have paypal, only take money orders" I wouldn't have wasted my time. But like you said - no pics, no prices, and obviously, no way of knowing how the guy wants you to pay. I am waiting on him to make a Paypal acct right now but still am not sure if I even want it now lol

Sorry I was one of those who put "offer up". I mainly put because many people on here rather negotiate than setting a price.

Ive been slacking, but mainly because i havent been on a computer since i moved from cleveland. Plus this site moves so fast, its hard to keep up with who has pictures and who doesnt. Mainly i look for newer people because the legit guys myself included will post pics. Some people also post shit at odd times, i post when im at wotk but this honestly is such a pain to get pictures hp on this phone in particular. I mentioned it when someone tried to throw shade my way for not posting pjcs after i said i will getpictures up.

i totally agree with this im an admin on a bmx fb group for buying and selling and i jave to delete retard posts all the time from the same people over and over again

Yeah, i used to do that before. I really just need to get another laptop. I hate doing everything on a phone. Its annoying with all the typos i do. Sorry folks.

We live in a "Now" kind of world. Pics and price should be there to help a buyer decide if they want to buy or not right away. Basically catch some interest for your sale... helps alot. I personally don't wanna text or get an email for a pic and turns out to be some trashed item. Feels like I wasted my time.

Its a waste either way i would rather someone text since i can send a brand new pic directly and they decide if they want it. Some people dont check this site all the time.

Takes a few minutes and they'll send you a pic and you'll get it and have it on your phone to look at anytime..

true that on the textn but it's not about midde aged men that can and kids that can't.
instead, it's people that won't because the rules aren't consistently enforced.

if every FS listing without pix, was immediately deleted by a MOD, people would fall in line real quick.

The rules are enforced. Just when i get around to it. Most of the posts have pictures. If 1 or 2 on the first page is an issue sorry, im not on here all day everyday but theres not a ton of posts without pictures. And they do get handled.
