I say someone takes charge of some rules new member must ship first and maybe do something like for a new person selling that the buyer pays half up front and the half after they get the frame that way not a lot will be lost and can be refunded pretty quickly so for example one person selling a frame for 100 buyer pays 50 first other 50 after frame has been checked and make sure the listing is correct on description and then if it's for trade new people MUST ship first no questions. Just get all contact info addresses ect just a thought

Gotta do something but i've seen people scam with ref's.. Could be a good start though.
