i bought the same frame on pinkbike from user bmxking101 and it went to the marijuanaisgood420@yahoo account also 5 days BEFORE the og poster of this thread did. seller is not responding to pm's there. paypal dispute or any other form of communication. so iridebmxeveryday you might need to look into who is using your account and send me my money back since we have established it is your paypal account. sounds like it may be somebody "playing" with your account but it's also a little hard to believe multiple people have payed you for an item unnoticed...ken....

it's MY money sitting in YOUR account fruadulantly. may not be important to you but it's important to me.
if it's somebody screwing with your account and you're working on getting it straight responding to me and/or the paypal dispute and saying just that would be WAY better than not responding at all. things happen. but if the money went into your account and you didn't spend it then it's still sitting there. the time it took you to respond here could have answered the dispute and my money be back in my account...ken...

well i'll speak for my response here. i found this post by chance. there is no response to the "seller" over on pinkbike or through paypal. if someone had your money and you found them on another site would you just sit around on your hands?
now to irideeveryday,
you admitted it's your account on pages 2-3 for the most part but said you let people use your account. i would think if they know your passwords then so do you. if not it's not hard to get your password through paypal themselves. i can provide the dispute number if you like with that and the email it should be easy to take care of. really you don't even need the dispute number as as soon as you get into your account you'll get the info about the dispute which also should have been emailed to the marijuanaisgood420 address already. in fact if i was you i'd be wanting to dig into to find out if it is somebody scaming using my name since if so who knows what else they may be doing in your name. i'm not trying to be a dick about the situation at all. i just want my money back. theres no use in being a dick as it doesn't solve anything. doing nothing and not communicating with those involved makes it seems like a legit scam. a simple message saying 'i think someone is scamming on my account and i'm working on it. get it straight as soon as i can" would speak volumes. handling things sensibly is usually much easier. i save being a dick about things for when that becomes necessary. like i said $85 back in my account and i come here and say you stood up and took care of business and then shut the hell up about it for good...ken...

listen to me one more time i dont have the password to that account so i cant get on it to communicate wit the dispute. second i wasnt even the person that scammed on pinkbike i could be a dick and be like you out back but no im tryin the best i can its kinda hard when you have a kid to take care of so i think thats a little more important then this....
