They are a pain in the ass to get on and off even with the lubricant provided the sprocket bends easy but the cranks the self are solid as shit I would reccomend the regular cranks for bolt sprockets cuz to be honest I hate the spline and there are no bolt holes so you couldn't run a regular sprocket if you wanted
