Hi,

This is my first time buying a BMX bike and riding one. Im thinking of buying this one:

Anyone shed any light? Is it decent for Skatepark? Im really looking to take it to the indoor skatepark thanks.

You are in NY right? You might want to find something in the USA.

Nope. In Manchester, United Kingdom.

The location thing is wrong. I just typed any random postcode in.

Oh, lol well how much is that in USD? It seems decent but that's not saying much. it's like $350 new on amazon.com. There is pretty good reviews on here about it so i would go for it.

Hmm I'm unsure in USD but it's a reasonable price. I just can't seem to think if the bike is good though. What worries me is, buying a second hand bike on Ebay, the problems with it. How do I know if the guy has replaced parts/maybe its not really chromoly etc.

I tried contacting that guy for some decent pictures since the past week but no response. I think it's risky getting a second hand bike from him. Hmm just don't know where to get a decent second hand bike full chromo and thats good for skateparks and in the range of £100-£200.

I would get that over the mongoose i think and the kink really doesn't look that used it would be alright for a beginner though so i think you will be ok with it... You don't have to post multiple threads though.

Oh okay but for the moment I'm still waiting for that guy to reply. If he doesn't I wont buy it because he has low feedback and I don't wanna waste time getting my money back and having to wait even longer.

The Mongoose for the price and being NEW is decent right? I hear lots of bad reviews about Mongoose tho :/

Now I googled the weight of this bike and it say's it's:
Bike Weight 5 pounds

That's just really light!

That's very inaccurate. I'd say for along the lines if 25. That is still a descent bike weight. 5 lbs is like a scooter. Not even! Lol

Almost all of that info is, to say the least, questionable. It's neither 5 lbs or has 22" wheels.
