Seen This at Pawn Shop while back so stopped back by Today to see what Price was. Guy came out, either being helpful or worried started negotiating and got it for 40 less than asking price. Front brakes need small part/tuning. New to The technical stuff, just sharing My new/old Bike. Tried finding info on this model, found 1 like it and seller says from early 90's though would like specific date on it if Anyone can help with that info or any other on It. Took it for a Ride to get Mail and its alright though but think I am TOO MUCH for The Brakes lol.Photo

Arr man This takes me back, this was my first ever bmx aged 12, I think this is a 1994/95 I'm 31 now so that would make sense.

I always used to say to my self that the VFR stood for "very fucking rad" lol

I learnt how to 360 (my first trick) on one these bikes, the forks were bent horizontal when I'd finished with it.

Nice1 bro, be gentle with it cuz it ain't made to last.

Freestyle is the answer to everything --
a fresh way to approach a dull or a
dangerous thing.
to do a dull thing with style
is preferable to doing a dangerous thing
without it.

I have the same bike as you! I own 8 gt bikes and 5 are dyno's. Mine is realy spot on to yours # ACI4J02623. I have done so much research on these numbers and I can tell you that your bike is a 1994 build from the 4 and the month is the letter J which is 11 letter of the alphabet. So my bike is a true 94 and so is yours!
