Hi guys. I've got an old chrome haro bmx. I'd like to know if it's worth saving.

Looks like dave Mira. Since he's no longer alive, it might be worth $150 to the right buyer. It's not the pro bike though. I'd say it's around 2000 ish

Looks like a 1999/2000 Mirra 540 Air to me. Cromo main tubes but it will still be a strong frame due to how beefy it is! I used to have a 2003 version which had a thinner frame. I really liked that bike

Shoot the serial number to Haro in an email and they should be able to ID it 100% for you.

Based off the info I’ve been reading because I just picked up a 2005 Mirra 540 (they dropped the “Air” Off the 540air) and I’ve been trying to hunt down a made in the USA Pro...Anyways The F is for “Flair” P for “Pro” and so on, and like most other serial Numbers, some of those numbers are part of the Production date.

They're all worth saving. You can always sell it. I don't think a beginner needs the latest and greatest parts to get started.
