I'll snap a couple pics for you. They're not fully welded, just two good tack welds to keep them from backing out and to help stiffen them up as well. They feel just as good if not better than the brakes on my Take if that says anything. I'm really picky about brakes, the whole bike really...

Swapped seats, cut my bars and grips a 1/4" more to keep the same feel, but lose some width.

Thanks

I stripped the hubs then used my bench grinder with different grades of polishing compounds I got from Lowe's. Without access to a grinder you could do it with sandpaper moving through every grade of grit till you get to 2000 then polish it with a metal rubbing compound.

Looks amazing! The only thing I'd do different is put black bars on it, but it looks awesome with the chromeo. im a total noob but jw, wouldn't sanding down the hubs lead to particulate that could get in the bearings potentially?. - Also, why grind your pedal pins?

Everything was removed from the hub shell prior to sanding and polishing, so no there's nothing to worry about especially with them being sealed bearings.

Pedal pins are too long stock and were tearing up my shoes and shins. Even at half their original size they grip amazing.
