Actually, it is a chrome frame that is one of my favorites. It is really high quality, but i cant say what it is yet, it is VERY good though.

It does not have a 75.5 headtube.

The frame IS fully heat treated though.

Okay! Since the chainstay sits at a less common area, i will not give the exact length.

I will say this, the backend sits at around 13.4, but is shorter than that!

So is it post weld ht, or does it have a "fully heat treated tube set"? Heat treated frame, shorter than 13.4, 75° hta.
