Does anyone make a 10 tooth freecoaster hub? I want a primo and they make a 10t cassette but not a coaster is there a reason behind that?

The only companies I've ever known to make 10t option for a coaster is odyssey and poverty. Good luck finding a driver from either of those. Khe made 9 and 11 but no 10 and everyone else just makes 9. Stolen made 10t on their easy street coaster but that driver won't work in any other hubs
I'm on the vital legit list!

Ah good to know, thanks for the reply man. I have a 28t sprocket now and 9t driver and I just can't seem to like it, I'm gonna bump it up to a 30 tooth sprocket and see if that makes a difference if not I guess I'll just have to go with a 10t remix and adjust to the gearing change

I'm not sure if I follow the logic in what you just posted.
A 30 T will make it harder to pedal, if you bump it to a 10 T driver, this will make it easier to pedal.
Which are you trying to achieve?

If I keep the 9 tooth driver I'm going after a 30 tooth sprocket. I know it will make it harder to pedal.. I'm after making it harder to pedal. And I'll adjust the front sprocket accordingly if I go 10t. I like having a larger sprocket, i grew up riding bikes with 45 plus teeth on thr front sprocket so i guess im old school. Dont really care for the small sprockets.
I ride a 30 tooth t1 Logan's run to a 9 tooth demolition, your going to deffinatly take some slams getting used to a coaster from cassette on learning how to cab with all muscle and no pedal pressure and your going to have to practice allot to build
Up fakie speed, the only way I can describe it In a short story is 360 to fakies above
Coping are peanuts compared to with a coaster

Going to 30/10 will actually be a tad EASIER than 28/9
28/9 ratio is 3.11
30/10 ratio is 3.00
for example sake 25/9 is 2.78. The higher the number the harder the pedaling.

This. Also keep in mind clutch threading MIGHT be different. It was from my KHE geisha vs my Odyssey Reloader. I think I might have the reloader stuff somewhere...

I'm a big primo fan. They've been around forever and they make great parts. If i do go 10t route it will be a cassette obviously, and I will use a 25-28 sprocket. I've never ran a coaster before and I was looking into my options for them. I'm not a serious grinder or anything but I want the option the freecoaster offers for playing around, doin 180s and what not. I really want to focus on grinds more and linking tricks together. I mostly have a back ground in dirt jumping. I welded up a 9 ft rail about 18 inches tall it is alot of fun. Next is a fun box with an angle iron to the corner. I wanted to see what the hype was about with the evolution of the coaster. Right now I have a 28/9 gearing on my cassette, and it feels like my legs are pedaling a million miles an hour. Originally I had a 25t and I did not like it at all. I have a 30t animal sprocket I've been wanting to try but my chain is too short. I will more than likely go with a freemix hub or the merritt coaster. Supposedly the merritt hub is the cats pajamas
