Does anybody know an actual number value? If not, how tight do you put yours? Im trying to find a happy medium between the axle moving in the rear dropouts and fubaring a rear hub. Thanks

I just put my ratchet on to the socket and just torque it down that way. I don't really have any issue with my wheel shifting unless I catch it on a rail up right or something

FREE not under the control or in the power of another; able to act or be done as one wishes
STYLE a particular, distinctive, or characteristic mode of action or manner of acting
Youll rip the threads out of the nut before you overtighten it, I run mine tight as I can pretty much, female on the otherhand is supposedly not supposed to be tightened as much but tight enough so the wheel doesnt move.

Thanks. Its a male axle so i will tighten em down some more to prevent any axle movement in the dropouts. Thanks
Anybody put grease on the male threads before tightening the nuts? Why would you? I never dod that on any motorcycle and never had any issues. Thanks

Anbody actually grease the axle threads before tightening the nuts. Thanks
Yes I grease all if my threads on my bike and they all move freely. you can tighten greased bolts tighter than dry bolts
