I had 180's a few months ago, but then I didn't ride for ages and now every time I go for one my feet keep coming off of the pedals. How can I stop this? I'm getting the rotation but my feet are just being gay.
Any help/advice will be appreciated.

Do whatever you did when you learned them the first time.

Look over your shoulder when you 180. That might help.

I am getting the rotation and sometimes I get over 180, it's just my feet which are causing me to not land them. They just won't stay on.

Might sound stupid, but carve a little more and keep youtr head turn. You might be taking your feet off cause youm are not going into he fakie properly.

Get more speed. You're probaly rotating too slow , which gets you spooked you wont get it so you put your foot down.

I I was helping a guy with this yesterday actually. Also , try it on a smaller bank.

Duct tape, works every time.

I had this problem when I learned 180s. Friend taught me to pinch my cranks with my feet almost like with barspins. From that moment on I could land them every time.

This is actually very useful.

Are you kinda double tire hopping it? ... If you pull up while carving in the air and then push the bars forward while scooping up, you'll go much higher and further and you will most likely land straighter into the fakie.

When you land, be sure your pedals are flat, and your legs can land on them and absorb the impact.. then, you fakie.

I just hop higher so I have more time to keep em on.

Get some clip in pedals then you can go down with the ship like a man

Oh wait...it's already here lol.

But on a serious note, I have that same exact problem. Can't figure out how to overcome it.

Most likely just a mental thing. If youre still having problems post up a video.
