I've been trying to learn 180's for almost 5 months. Still I can't get the rotation. I can only do them out of banks and quarters. I can do g-turn 180s but those are pretty lame.

throw your neck into it, where your neck goes your body follows

so from beginning:

get a decent amount of speed( enough to be able to roll out)
carve
hop
throw neck to give that little extra rotation you need
roll out

probualy because you cant hop high. when I firt got my bike the first thing I tried to do was 180 for 3 months strait. after a while I realized it was retarted and stoped trying, and focused more on hops and getting more comfortable on my bike. after that, they came really easy.

I can bunnyhop a little less than two feet like 22 inches and I still can't get it.

I find it helps a lot if you look directly at the ground behind you. I just have a problem rolling out of them. I can easily get the full 180.

try lifting your front wheel up until about 35 degrees and then pick up your back tire and keep your head looking at the landing. Level out the bike once at 70 degrees or so and land smoothly (hopefully)

I thought you were better. It took me a day to learn them, I didn't find them that hard. You just have to look over/ under your shoulder
