I can do 180s on flat no problem, but there's no way I'm doing 360s flat, so I decided ill do 360s on my local dirt jumps to learn them. Should I just do a over-rotated 180 off of a lip and hope for the best??

You have to spot your landing, so just over rotating a 180 won’t really help.

They’re less scary flat. Just aim for 270 and land with your bars turned slightly.
But the hardest part is having the confidence to keep your back wheel off the floor. Suck the back wheel up, and land both wheels at the same time
