I'm building up a new bike and called into action the BSD Souja V4 frame. It comes in 20.9 and 21.20 TT. I'm 5'11 (6" with shoes), very long arms and legs. Going with 9.1 bars and a 52mm TL stem. Ride street.

Which size would you guys recommend?

I ride a 21 rn. It feels a tad small but jumps great. I've ridden another 21 that felt huge like jumping a boat.

I think it’s funny how some brands will do weird random top tube sizes that are just slightly different from the norm for no real reason.

I’m the same height as you and I’d go 20.9” personally. I’ve ridden 21” for a super long time, but also spent a decent amount of time on a 21.25” and that was just too big for regular riding. Great for fast and flowy, but too big to comfortably do other stuff.

I’m currently on a 20.75” with a 53mm reach stem, and that’s pretty dang good for all around riding for me. I am quite tempted to go back to a 21” frame tho...

What frame are you currently riding?

Iirc it has a slack seat tube angle like the other bsd frames?
I'm 6', just switched to a 20.75 from 21, after riding 21 for the last 20 odd years, for street I wish I made the switch sooner, but it feels a little cramped for riding bowls and jumping stuff. With longer arms, I prefer lower bars and a frontload too. Helps prevent all your weight going over the back wheel when you manual and stuff

Join the darkside! I'm on a 21" WTP Pathfinder. I also have a 20.75 Fit Wifi. It's a great tech bike, but it's sketchy jumping anything at speed.

I measure the same as you and I'm using a 21.25 frame .. I do street, park, dirt, whatever .. it feels so cool! Before I had a frame of 20.8 and it felt very small and difficult to control, it was very responsive. Now everything is under control and I have enough space so that my knees do not collide with my stem. And I keep doing tailwhips and spins without any problem, the length of the frame did not affect me. A big boy needs a big bike! cool Good luck with your new frame, bro!

I went from a 21in w 13.25 slammed rear end to a 21.25 with a 12.7 slammed rear end and cant go back down. I tried riding a 21in frame after the 21.25 and it felt way too cramped. I built up a 21.25 Steadfast as well and that felt great even with a much longer rear end. I am 6'2 for reference.

The Freedom frame is their only 69°sta frame, Soulja has the usual 71°

So I ended up on a 21.25 Sunday Darkwave. I prob won't touch my 21s anymore. I'm not sure if it's just the longer rear end, but everything on the bike feels better, and I love the room up front for my style.
