Hey guys,
at the moment im riding a 2012 KHE Root 360 Bmx. I only know how to Bunnyhop, 180 and 360. So im at the very beginning.
Many people dislike KHE and that made me think if it is a good idea to change the main parts like frame, fork and so on.
Someone offered me a WTP Envy frame for 40€ / $47 USD. The frame is in a good condition. Just some normal scratches. I dont know in which year it was build. But the small metal part between the left and right seat stay looks like its a model from 2012 or 2013. The TT is 20.75" long and it uses Mid-BB. The current owner also said its 4130 CrMo. (My KHE is Hi-ten). Oh, and the frame also has a chain tensioner build in.

Would you say its worth it to buy? Sadly i cant afford buying completely new parts atm.

Thanks in advance!

Is it worth it?

Sure. Go for it if it's chromoly vs your hi ten frame. Don't think you could go wrong for the price at all anyway...

The envy frame should be as good as the majority of quality aftermarket frames.

Yeah if you can get a full chromoly frame for $47 to replace a Hi-Ten frame, it's worth it.
