I have never ridden this bike but overall from what I see the bike seems pretty decent. If you are shorter than average the 20.25 toptube should be a good choice. If not then I would go with the 20.5 (average). Since the frame is pretty small, light, and has a 13 chainstay, it should be very responsive. Fit also has a good reputation for strong bikes so that is another pro. I have a Fit BF 3 and I have no regrets.
