Is anyone out there running 25/9 gearing with chainstay brake mounts? I am and would like to put my brakes back on, I'm old school and tired of wearing out soles. Anyway any info would great, like what brakes help or do I need to change my gearing config.

that's what i was thinking, but not sure if it's enough room. figured i would shoot the question here and see if anyone else has had the same issue and fixed it.

yeah depending on what frame you have it should be fine, all i would say is take your chain off to set the brake up then put it back on and make sure it is tight, get a low profile brake like a fly or a eclat and it should all work good

like the above says, run 28-9 and get low profile brakes.
