If I'm running odyssey r25's will it make it where I cant air hips and quarters out big or will it be ok? I mostly ride park and a little bit of dirt.

you likely wont notice a big difference. i rode 13mms on trails for almost a year
refs: hookjrclc, hardbmxtim, hatchmoses for sale and trade, kymike for sale and trade, blizzbikes for trade, and some other dude i cant remember his username, vrsapat956, colonydirt94, mario.villegas90, wolfen
Camera Setup: Panasonic HMC150, Panasonic GH2, Canon FTBn, Yashica Lynx 5000e, Canon 28mm f/2.8, Canon 50mm f1.4, Rokinon 7.5mm f/3.5
If you land sketchy it might feel like it gets a lil squirrelly at first but once you get used to it after a few days its nothing
you won't notice shit. i ride 75.5ht and r25s and only notice it when I'm doing nose manuals.

yeah my friend rides 23 offset and airs out fine and does hips all the time at the park we go to. it might be a little twitchy but nothing to worry about at all. its all in your head
I ride 13 mm offset and it feels normal and no different then any normal offsets , it's all in your head and people who say it makes a huge difference unless their riding flatland
don't know what their talking about
trying to understand the twitchy deal.
Going with less fork offset should add more trail, trail should make the steering less twitchy. More trail should make the front wheel want to stay inline with the bike.
I ride flat and not notice that much difference, Notice a lot of difference after I changed my frame.
You say BMX is your life but you barely ride.
BUT hey, That's none of my business.
