I'm looking at the Mutiny Animist, and it says it has 3/8 dropouts, so i started looking at Profile rear hubs, and I wondered

What are the Pros and Cons of running a 3/8 axel in the back?

If you run pegs. Keep your spokes tight. It will be better.

I'm getting 3/8ths and running adapters.

3/8th pegless ftw

I'm running 3/8 with pegs right now, it's solid. They wheel hasn't moved since the first time I threw it on, and I'm really not worried about snapping bolts. Hell, if you do, it's $2 at most to replace.

Ive been running Animist/Profile for a while now and its amazing, I love the feel of my bike, both the frame and hub have held up real nice. Both are so smooth, just do it man.

No.

It's clean, lite, strong, and unique.
