9 tooth ratchet qustion

i heard that the 9 tooth ratchet has problems whats so bad about it ih only had the ratchit for about a month now so whats so bad about the 9 tooth

pretty sure that the 9 tooth was only a problem on the older one. apparently they revised them and now they work fine.

one thing i do know is that you can't use a wipperman on it!

On a 9 tooth ratchet some half links hit the hub body. If I was going to use a 9 tooth ratchet, I would use a KMC 510 or KMC 710. Either of those chains will be strong and clear the hub body without a problem. With a 10 tooth you can use what chain you want on it.

i have the cult chain best chain ever in my opinion but i now notice that when i spin the driver its wobbly but i hope thats not a big deal

they just make a strange noise, or at least mine and everyone i know that has it does. rolls smooth and everything though... i still recommend it.
