I've heard they are scammers

Avoid ace. Only order from empire, albes & dans

Heard nothing but bad , wanted to try though to get a gt cage frame but didnt pull the trigger

i just ordered from danscomp earlier i see they took the money out but no confirmation email or anything.:update: just now at 6:48 sent me the emails haha. i ordered 7 hours ago. (ive only ever used dans) id use empire and albes but they didnt have the parts i needed

I've ordered from ace. Ordered a demo phantom hub guard. # weeks later I still didnt have it and they said they could get it. I contacted via phone btw. I said no and got a refund. They list catalogue parts they can get. No assurance they actually have the parts. So yes, avoid them

I haven't heard much positive information about them. \\Mostly that items were never provided/took a ridiculous amount of time to get, then working with them to get refunds was difficult as well.

They over promise and under deliver.

Dans fucked up one of my orders bad, got the confirmation email, didn't take my money, thought the order for canceled for some unknown reason , order shows up at my house 3 months later and the money gets taken, haven't ordered from them since , if theirs something I need from the states it will be from albes

Just thought I'd toss the idea out there that there are other shops that do mail order: Pusher BMX, Cheap Goods BMX, Goods BMX, The Secret BMX Shop, Planet BMX.

i was tryna cop a 22mm chrome shadow spline drive sprocket and I looked EVERYWHERE online and the only place that had it in stock was ace, so I ordered it, and it took a little longer than usual but that's it, no other problems. but maybe I just got lucky

never had an issue with dans, been using since late 90's. this is the first time but they ended up sending my shipping info.

i only ordered , tree ergo slim brown, eclat torch15, shadow brake cable, shadow interlock, cult vans grips flanged, fly manual clear pads

The couple other times I used dans was fine, 9 times out of 10 for over the last ten years i go through transition bmx even though it's a bit pricier then a u.s. Mail order id rather keep my money going to the pockets of my fellow Canadians and their service has always been top notch

That one bitch that got banned sucked a guys dick or something . I don't even remember half that shit that went on. She had 3 Premiums though.


And they suck so much dick they sent Tim a free tire to not snitch them out about how shit they were
