I would say if you like spins and grinds a more techy frame would be better for you. So something like;
75-75.5ht
13-13.4cs

Find a company you like, and find out what you like in a frame, do you want any cool features like chain tension things or do you want invest cast dropouts, then pick a frame based on color etc. Most companies have high standards of frames these days so you shouldn't really have an issue, but if it was me I would get;

If he is riding park, i recommend 75 at max, and at least 13.35cs.

amazing peoaple and better frames, and it will run you 370 for full custom geo and paint

i personally ride an 08 kink apex and i wouldn't trust anything else! pretty much anything kink has put out has been super solid and wickedly reliable. i love it. I'd recommend the Titan or sexton, or a tocco if you'd like a longer rear end
