So, about 2 weeks ago or so i email asking to see if i could get some BRAND NEW RS rims warrantied, (they look worse in person)

I left them wrapped, today I opened them and the welds on them are the
worst of any rims I have ever had, I don't know if its a defect or what,
but they haven't ever been ridden they still have the packaging that wraps
around on them."

Hey Brandon,
Sorry to hear about the rims, those welds do look a bit shotty. At the moment we only have Blue rims left in stock though to replace them with. We can get you some new ones sent out with a call tag however first we need to start off with a receipt from where they came from."
I then send the shipment confirmation (couldn't find packing slip) with the order number and all on it, which i would assume they can confirm with Dans that i bought them or whatever they needed & i say "Not sure if this will work or not since I can't find the packing slip" expecting Yes, it will work. Or No, sorry we need the packing slip. Never gotten a response and called them twice without an answer and emailed warranty once again. What should i do next? Try to keep calling until i get an answer or email them or what? I've never had a problem with like this with warranty from any company before.
The Rims are brand new still have the cardboard things on them.
