I have BSD Mindwheels (Back Street Pro Cassette/NASA Rim) and they came 4 cross... Broke a spoke today and discovered that it isn't all that easy to replace a single spoke. I mean its easy enough just have to loosen another spoke so I can drop it in the hub, its just not as easy as 3 cross... Any benefits of 4 cross in general? I may just leave it and if I break a couple more just re-lace as 3 cross.

4 cross offers better sideways protection from impacts, less vertical, but overall 3 cross is better.

You can’t relace a 4 cross into a 3 cross with the same spokes tho.
Your 4 cross are 194, and for this cassette and rim you need 186/184 combo.

You’ll also earn weight, about the equivalent of 2 spokes lol

Interesting, didn't know they came that way. Are more companies like that with complete wheels these days?
