So I'm reading the edmonton paper here and it's got a page as for houses for sale down in the states from allover and they seem to be going dirt cheap , one house is on here is in Greenville for 36500$ , I make more then that in a years wage
Wondering if theirs allot of work down in the states these days

Up here in Alberta Canada you'd be lucky to get a 1 or 2 bedroom old house for 300 thousand$ in rural communities and in the cities it's even crazier

That's a BMX haven. I'm like 3 hours from there and it's known for it's bike scene.

I don't live there, but I've spent a lot of time there. I've never looked into buying a place there, so I can't really speak for the quality of the homes.

It's pretty much a college town. East Carolina University is there and the majority of the city is based around that. Work-wise, there are pretty standard jobs, but no random huge industry (outside of the college itself).

Mirra's warehouse is gone and Nyquist's (The Unit) will probably be gone in the next year or so. They have an outdoor park (Jaycee) that's pretty good and plenty of good street riding. No indoor parks though, aside from Daniel Dhers' new indoor spot in Raleigh (around 1.5 hours away, but definitely worth the drive).
