the dude that made it used to be a welder at s&m. It seemed like he left on bad terms. For a while he had some rank chainstays on his frame that were not bent. I believe he does/did manufacture for cult after solid did

From what I found their forks aren't post-weld heat treated, so I wouldn't get them. In my opinion, Odyssey forks are the only forks worth buying.

same with the thunderbolts, which are on sale (the silver, blue, red w/ gold colors) on dans for 90 fucking dollars

I'd throw United Dineros on that list for street shredders, I like the dropout design. I only really trust Odyssey forks anymore though just because I don't want the steerer or fork leg to break. They seem to put a lot more thought into these sections of the fork than other companies. Too many companies seem to focus on good looking invest cast dropouts when it's not even really proven to be better yet. Seems like they just say "Fuck it" to anything above the dropout. 41 thermal lifetime warranty FTW.

I don't like the dropout design of the united dinero's. you'd have problems fitting a hub guard in those.

Eh, they just seem pretty strong.
Now that I look at it, Streams seem pretty damn good. Nice dropouts, nice welds, 24mm cap... only thing they're missing is the lifetime warranty, which is the main reason why I buy Odyssey parts.

primo forks are the worst forks ever. a friend of mine rode the primo kamikaze v3, he snapped it in 2 months in the dropouts.
there is another rider where i live who is sponsored by primo, he has snapped 3-4 pairs of kamikazes in 6 months.
don't know much about the strand but seeing its lighter, i think its most likely going to snap sooner
