Oven cleaner is the best, steel wool won't do anything really. Get stronger shit.

I meant I was gonna apply the stripper/ oven cleaner and then use steel wool to scrub it once the remover has set in. But I dont know if it's painted or anodized so I dont know which to use. Neither has worked

Title says it. I know I need steel wool to remove the color since it seems to be applied so nicely. My front street has sat in oven cleaner as well as paint stripper for a half hour each and the black still looks new. I'm wondering which it is so i can get steel wool and remove the color properly
