I'm buying new wheels and i wanted to know if quadrants will hold for me?I'm only 90lbs and 5'1. So I'm not big at all. Do you think they would hold good for me?Or just spend the extra like 30 for a little better rims?

Do not get a pinned rim for the back wheel, but for the front, they will hold up fine.

In all honestly, you won't break a pinned rim on the back unless you get super super unlucky, or you go hard as hell. Fine both front and back.
