Yes, if its not really bent and rusty then go for it, those bars are generaly worth much over 100 dollars where i live.
make sure you like the sizing as well.

Inspect them for cracks or if they're bent, but yeah anything chromoly is an upgrade from those stock hi-tensile steel bars you currently have. Plus those Snafu bars are heat treated to boot, which is even better.
