I have this fairly new frame my friend gave me and it needs a new bottom bracket but i don't know what size to get.. american, spanish, mid, european?? which one

What frame is it? If it's new it's either going to be mid or spanish depending on the frame.

Thats the thing i don't know the frame but i think it might be mid. I'm not to sure though

Post a picture of the frames bottom bracket so we know what it looks like but chances are its gunna be a mid or spannish bb
