how hard is to take the bearings out of the cups for an american BB?

its not that hard, i havent done it in a while but its not that difficult just knock them out of the cups.

Yeah..just take a socket and hammer it out. Make sure the socket is on the inner ring tho..

yes but it might be easier to take the whole cup out then knock the bearing out, were talking about sealed right?
